Prashant Tandon (Trustee)<\/strong> is over two decade veteran in journalism and a known news broadcast editor. He served in top media houses in key positions and has played a leadership role in launch and re-launch of news channels. In all news channels Prashant was pioneer in creating unique content strategies for each project and ensured successful execution. Currently Prashant is functioning as an independent media professional and also leading EverNews – an upcoming digital news media project.<\/p>\n

Purnachandra Rath (Trustee)<\/strong> – Purnachandra Rath worked in media institutions like Bhopal Navbharat, Raipur Navbharat, and Naiduniya Raipur from 1994 until 2016, and briefly served as the local editor at Deshbandhu Raipur. He has played a significant role in launching the Gwalior edition of Navbharat and the Raipur edition of Naiduniya, having worked with some of the country’s major media houses. Known more commonly as P.C. Rath, he has also established a unique identity as a poet, writer, and science activist. Since 1987, he has been involved in the people’s science movement in Bastar, coordinating various groups, participating in the 1990 India People’s Science Campaign for literacy, the 1992 India People’s Knowledge and Science Campaign for awareness, and ongoing campaigns to promote scientific thinking in the country. Currently, he is engaged in independent, pressure-free journalism with the portal “India News Room.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mir Shaani (Trustee) Mir is a filmmaker and visual artist based in New Delhi.\u00a0 He was an assistant director on Rajat Kapoor and Nicholas Kharkongor’s film Mantra (2017) and the directors assistant to Zoya Akhtar and Alankrita Shrivastava. His short feature ‘Adventures of Faisal Rehman’ had its world premiere at the 20th Indian Film Festival of Los Angels (IFFLA).
